About the role
This position leads the Assurance team within Electrical Infrastructure, ensuring the businesses key project delivery risk mechanisms and processes are followed, to ensure industry standards are met whilst working within a timeline. Collaboration is key to success!
You will cultivate new professional working relationships while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and customers ensuring projects are a success.
We’re looking for people who have:
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field is desirable.
- A Minimum of 5 years' experience in local government or other relevant industry experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership experience ideally within a multi-disciplinary function including the ability to develop and motivate staff, provide expert advice, establish and monitor outcomes and establish procedures.
- High level of motivation, adaptability and resilience with the ability to prioritise and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Highly developed interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills and project management skills with the ability to develop, administer and manage projects and resources effectively that achieve work goals and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional customer service to clients through continual communication, reporting and meetings.
- An Australian unrestricted Class C Drivers Licence.
- A WHS General Construction Induction White Card desired but not essential.
