Combine your experience in asset and facilities management with your knowledge of local government infrastructure, such as building maintenance and financial management to join a specialist team in managing Council's infrastructure assets.

You will lead a team of staff and contractors to oversee the maintenance programs of Council's corporate and commercial facilities as well as capital works projects.

Be part of an innovative and energetic team that is committed to the sustainable management of Council’s $1B asset portfolio for the benefit of our Community. Each year, Infrastructure Planning is responsible for identifying and scoping capital projects for the $20-30M Capital Works Program.

  • Permanent full time, 35 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as required, with access to flexi-time
  • Commencing salary range from $98,485.40 - $104,513.76 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
  • May be eligible for Civil Liability Allowance
  • 11.5% superannuation
