Due to a significant and ongoing increase in investment in renewable energy across Australia, FortEng are working to expand our team. We are seeking experienced electrical engineers to join our Power Systems team based in either the Brisbane office (Spring Hill) or Hobart office (Rosny Park).
FortEng is an Engineering Consultancy with a focus on Power & Energy Systems. We have offices in Brisbane and Hobart, and our clients include Power Utilities (Generators, Transmission NSPs and Distribution NSPs), large industrials, mines, rail, and renewable energy developers. We work with our clients to help with new and existing power and energy systems through power system studies, performance and compliance testing and assessments, model validation testing and analysis, power quality, and traditional, renewable and hybrid energy system development and investigations.

Your commitment to us:
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a good team member
Electrical Engineering degree (Member of Engineers Australia or eligible for membership as professional engineer)
Minimum 2+ years' experience in design and modelling power system projects
Experience with PSCAD, DIgSILENT, SINCAL and/or PSS®E software
Self-motivated with a strong desire and ability to acquire technical and business knowledge/skills
Right to work in Australia
