Role
At Middleton Group our engineers are at the heart of our mission for a sustainable energy future. You'll tackle technical, engineering, and management tasks, ensuring every project meets professional standards and deadlines.
You'll be in charge of various project phases, sometimes even entire projects of moderate complexity. Planning and tracking will be second nature to you, making sure progress is transparent and accessible.

Responsibility
- Collaborate on multiple project phases or sub-tasks, including entire projects of moderate complexity.
- Develop project and subtask plans to enable effective tracking and reporting.
- Deliver results that directly influence project and program completion.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior engineers
Technical Breadth & Depth
- Experienced with a number of systems.
- Subject Matter Expert in at least one area or system.
- Working knowledge of a number of other areas of specialisation.
- Technical accomplishments are documented and knowledge shared within the company.
Guidance/ Initiative
- Works under general supervision.
- Independently determines approach to assigned tasks.
- Work reviewed at project milestones &/or on completion.
- Exercises considerable latitude and technical judgment in deciding work methods.
Leadership
- Knowledgeable in some technical areas of the Project scope, or having a demonstrated ability to achieve that level of proficiency in a short period of time.
- Responsible for projects involving multiple people.
- Ability to manage group to achieve goals within budget.
- Demonstrated fiscal responsibility.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment, providing input and feedback in a helpful manner

Communication/ Interpersonal skills
- Able to effectively train his/her work group and effectively lead work teams within the work group.
- Able to give effective presentations to general audiences and write convincing proposals and reports with all necessary backup material for Company consumption.
Education & Experience
Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) + 2 years of experience.
