Are you a graduate Coastal Engineer looking to start your career in an organisation that is at the forefront of coastal management? If so, then we might have the role for you!
Under the guidance of a highly experienced team, you will provide coastal engineering and management advice as well as undertake detailed coastal engineering investigations and analysis. You will be involved in coastal engineering design and development of solutions that support sustainable coastal management and maritime planning.
In this role you will have the opportunity to perform a series of field investigations in support of DoT Maritime Projects and facilities along the beautiful Western Australia coastline.
Ideally you will be a resourceful self-starter with well-developed written and verbal communications skills. You will be keen to learn while developing your skills and knowledge of project and contract management, research, analysis, and evaluation.

To be eligible for consideration, you must have a relevant Engineering qualification and be eligible for professional membership of Engineers Australia.
This is a permanent fulltime opportunity available for immediate filling.

About you
- Demonstrate knowledge of investigation and design assessment associated with coastal engineering and maritime works
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of projects and contracts,
- Demonstrate sound communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrate sound PC skills with the ability to conduct analysis, modelling, and prepare reports and presentations.
- Willing to work in remote locations occasionally.
